Convenient location near the reception or downstairs area. the staff is friendly and helpful. Make sure to request a room with a big, cozy bed. 🛏️

It took a while for the water to heat up in the bathroom but after a short while it was good. I expect this to be just down to the older hearing system perhaps die to the age of the building

Fairly clean pleasant accommodation with informative staff and awesome location in the heart of the village. Reasonably priced food, reasonably priced. Nice building and rooms with large comfortable bed.

The staff here are amazing, they were friendly and helped with parking on-site. Rewritten: the staff at this place are wonderful and friendly, and they handled the parking situation on-site.

The family room was a nice size and very well decorated with a nice view. the location was prime and peaceful in a comfortable area. It was a short walk to other areas, the beer garden, and the bus stop.

Great-sized and well-organised room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Iron and ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a multi-channel TV in the room. - Early check-in, late check-out. - Amazingly kind, super friendly staff towards all guests.

The friendly atmosphere , the light & position of the main dining room which I consider should be used for all meals .The young man serving breakfast was very informative & able to suggest places to visit. The staff ,in general , were very pleasant . I highly recommend the Hotel .

Cozy, old world feel.Great village location. Wonderful Indian restaurant directly opposite. Lovely cask-conditioned beer at the bar.

the hand hotel was ideal for our overnight stay for attending afamily party the staff were excellent very friendlly nothing was to much trouble we enjoyed a good breakfast in the beautiful dining room and went on to visit chirk castle and walk along the aquaduct what alovely weekend thank you
